A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license is granted to download and use PseudoIDE on your personal computers for educational and non-commercial programming purposes.

PseudoIDE is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer will not be liable for any data loss, collateral damage, or any issues arising from the use of the software.
